By virtue of the power conferred on it by the BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS ACT.1986 (63 of 1986 ) the BUREAU hereby grants to M/s Prakash Diesels Pvt.Ltd , M/s Prakash Agricultural Industries, License for the use of STANDARD MARK upon or in respect of the articles manufactured in accordance with / conforms to the related Indian Standard (s). |

NPL (National Physical Laboratory) has tested and certified that our models complied with the provisions
of the Environment (Protection) Second Amendment Rules, 2002, vide
notification G.S.R. 371 (E) dated 17th May 2002 at Serial No 94
(Paragraph 1 & 3) and as amended vide G.S.R. No 520 (E) dated 1st
July 2003 and G.S.R. 448 (E), dated 12th July 2004 issued by the
Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. |

The Diesel Engines manufactured by M/s Prakash Diesels Pvt.Ltd , are certified by International Center For Automotive Technology (ICAT), Manesar , Haryana TO SMOKE & MASS EMISSION FOR GENSET APPLICATIONS , with the provisions of Verification of the Conformity of Production (CoP) as per para 7.3 of CPCB proedure [System & Procedure for compliance to emission limits for new diesel engines upto 19 Kw) for genset application ] and as per requirements of Rule 95 of Environment (Protection ) Amendment Rules , 2004 of GSR 448(E), dtd. 12.07.2004 notified by Ministry Of Environment & Forests. Govt. Of India. |
