| PATTERNS & MOULDS |
| The term Pattern shall include all Patterns and Core Boxes |
| Patterns required to manufacture components are supplied by the customers or are made out of the drawings given by the customers. |

| All Patterns, however, are checked for dimensions at 3 stages:- |
Stage 1 : New Pattern : When Master Pattern is made.
Stage 2 : New Pattern : When Pattern is complete.
Stage 3 : Every time before start of the production and
As and when pattern is modified or repaired. |

| Equipments |
| All process equipments including match plates, moulding boxes, moulding pins & guide bushes all are checked before each start of production to ensure No damage or distortion of any kind. |

| Engineering |
| We do not undertake any Designing. Our Engineering is restricted to dimensional checks for Patterns, Process Equipment and Final Components. |
